EXCEL is a vendor to provide transportation services to individuals served by North Bay Regional Center, to and from theirhome to program. We are vendor by R&D transportation services.
Tailor Day Service will be offered to provide maximum flexibility for Participants. TDS will be available for Participants who are not interested in a typical day program experience.
Offer soft skills training in natural environments.
Identify, develop, and monitor services and supports that best meet the needs of individuals in the workplace.
Assist participants in accessing academic opportunities through the local Adult School, Community College, Trade School, Apprenticeship or 4 Year Colleges
Provide opportunities that lead to competitive paid employment in natural environments.
Offer customized support, services, and activities to assist participants in maximizing potential in the workplace.
Support staff in providing Excellent service.
Oasis assist participant to develop a roadmap to employment for each person served.
Participants have support, opportunity & training to exercise their rights.
All services are provided by well trained and supported staff.
Oasis focus on each person’s strengths and goals.All activities, services and support are culturally & linguistically responsive and appropriate that match each individual skills, strength, goal to preferred job opportunities in the community.
The program promotes and encourages quality activities, services, and support on job sites.

EXCEL provides services such as cooking classes, travel training, personal safety and hands-on-skill training classes that will lead to individual living skills.
